Grace Fiddler has practiced exclusively immigration law since 2016. She has a wide range of
experience representing clients in family-based and humanitarian-based petitions and removal
defense. She helps clients work through all stages of the immigration process, whether their
case presently be before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of
Immigration Appeals (BIA), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the
Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), or at a U.S. Consulate abroad. She takes pride in
collaborating with her clients to help them achieve their immigration goals as smoothly and
expeditiously as possible.
Grace earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School, where she graduated
with honors. While in law school, Grace worked as a student attorney on the Immigration Clinic
and an editor for the George Washington International Law Review, along with being a finalist
in the Pamela Spanogle International Arbitration Competition. Prior to joining Heinz Law, Grace
clerked for a judge in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District and then worked as an immigration
attorney at a law firm in Minneapolis. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University
of Minnesota with a major in Political Science and minor in Spanish. In her spare time, Grace is
an avid runner and baker, and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and black lab
Moose.
